Lt. Col. Douglas Cox and SrA. Chad Rasmusen, have won, along with their employers, AFA’s 2008 Air Force Reserve Citizen Airman and Employer Awards. Air Force Reserve Command announced the awards Aug. 20. Cox, who works in the Air Force Trial Judiciary office at Bolling AFB, D.C., is the most outstanding Reserve officer for 2008. His employer is XO Communications of Herndon, Va. Rasmusen, who is assigned to the 419th Maintenance Squadron at Hill AFB, Utah, has been selected at the most outstanding Reserve enlisted member. He works for Whitewater Whirlpool Baths and Systems of Lindon, Utah. AFA will honor Cox and Rasmusen, along with their employers, Sept. 15 during AFA’s Air & Space Conference and Technology Exposition in Washington, D.C.
