Special Agent Bradley Maxwell, superintendent of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations’ Det. 301 at Scott AFB, Ill., recently received the Bronze Star Medal for meritorious achievement during a six-month deployment to Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq. His actions are credited with helping to cripple numerous insurgent groups, decrease attacks on and off the base, and save numerous US and Iraqi lives. (Scott release)
