A Defense Authorization Bill …. Is That Asking Too Much?: Well, it looks like the answer is “yes.” According to Sen. John Warner (R-Va.), the issue of whether the full Senate takes up the 2006 defense authorization measure is “not a closed door.” He told reporters last week that he is working with Sen.
