Little Rock AFB, Ark., has become the clearinghouse for Hurricane Katrina relief aid that has started pouring in from overseas. The first international flight touched down at the base on Sept. 5, and through Sept. 7, the base already had received more than 180 tons of cargo and expects another 250 tons in the next few days.
