US European Command is “renewing conversations” with NATO member countries to use additional bases, such as Keflavik, Iceland, to permanently place air assets, Air Force Gen. Philip Breedlove, EUCOM and NATO Supreme Allied Commander, Europe, told Senate legislators on Tuesday.
