Airmen assigned to the 10th Airlift Squadron at JB Lewis-McChord, Wash., walk toward several of the base's C-17 Globemaster III transports to head off for a scheduled two-month deployment to Southwest Asia, Nov. 29, 2012. During the overseas tour, these airmen will operate out of two bases in the region, flying missions in and around Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Horn of Africa, according to McChord officials.
