The recent news that Boeing will begin shutting down its C-17 production line has left residents around Travis AFB, Calif., a tad nervous. Travis, which earlier this month received its first C-17, is going to be home to 13 of the new airlifters, but area residents wonder if 13 will be enough to secure the squadron at the base.
