Despite a headline that proclaims the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center in Georgia is “feeling budget squeeze,” the ALC’s financial manager, Mike Mehrman, tells the Macon Telegraph that he is confident the center can handle the coming budget crunch. According to the Telegraph, the center’s 2006 operations and maintenance funding is about 13 percent less than budgeted and, like other Air Force elements, faces an even bigger reduction for 2007.
