Beginning in 2008, airmen and soldiers will have one Web-based system for personnel and pay records, according to a Pentagon release. Utilizing the Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System via a common access card, airmen and soldiers will be able to view their records and post some changes. The Army makes the jump to the new system in March, followed by the Air Force in the summer.
