Well, they are your typical Beltway Bandits. According to a corporate profile, WBB is a technical and management consultation firm with a staff of 150. Clients include DOD, DHS, NASA, and DOT. Annual revenue of $30 million. Oh, it’s also the firm that England used to help him slash Navy and Marine Corps fighter programs in the name of “integrating” the two. The rate of building B-21 bombers would speed up if the fiscal 2026 defense budget passes. But it remains unclear how much capacity would be added, and whether the Air Force would simply build the bombers faster, or buy more.
