The Air Force is sending Brig. Gen. Alfred Flowers to head the Air Force Officer Accession and Training Schools, part of Air University at Maxwell AFB, Ala. Currently he is serving with US Special Operations Command as director of the Center for Force Structure, Resources, and Strategic Assessments. And, newly selected Brig. Gen. Mark Ramsay will shift from an Air Staff plans and programs billet to the Joint Staff, serving as deputy director, politico-military affairs (Europe).
