A multi-organizational team led by Air Force Materiel Command’s Warfighter Sustainment Division is finding and returning aircraft parts that have gone missing—quite often because they’ve simply been sent to the wrong address or been misidentified and left to sit on a shelf. The AFMC effort has helped recover parts worth $4.5 million just this past May. (Read more here.)
