Romania’s Mihail Kogaliceanu Airbase has been the site of tactical training for US and Romanian soldiers. Jumping with the ground forces was USAF 1st Lt. Chandra LeCompte, who is serving as a staff weather officer with the Southern European Task Force (Airborne), according to an Eastern European Task Force release. It was her first jump since completing Army airborne school.
