The Airlift/Tanker Association Hall of Fame has honored retired Maj. Gen. James “Bagger” Baginski with a bronze bust in front of the 375th Airlift Wing headquarters building at Scott AFB, Ill. At an Oct. 2 ceremony, Gen. Duncan McNabb, head of Air Mobility Command, said everyone at AMC is “deeply indebted to the Bagger,” who “foresaw and shaped the future of air mobility and then made it happen.”
