NORAD and US Northern Command are in the midst of Vigilant Shield 07 to practice defense skills against a variety of threats, states a NORAD news release. The exercise, which runs through Dec. 14, encompasses scenarios involving NORAD’s three regions, NORTHCOM, and US Strategic Command and will include both US and Canadian personnel.
