A group of 10 airmen from the 19th Air Refueling Group at Robins AFB, Ga., won first place at the 2006 Tanker Association Winter Games, which recently wrapped up at Grand Forks AFB, N.D. The first-ever competition of its kind featured teams from MacDill AFB, Fla.; McConnell AFB, Kan.; Fairchild AFB, Wash., and Grand Forks. Events included Crud (a game played on a billiards table), floor hockey, a 1.5 mile run, dodge ball, rock wall climbing, and human dog sledding. The occasion, say Air Force officials, gave tanker crews a chance to compare notes.
